ARC Change Request Form

Brook Hollow is a deed restricted community which means that each property owner in Brook Hollow agreed to maintain their property in compliance with an established list of rules known as the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCR).  Being out of compliance with the DCR starts a process of corrective actions by the HOA which continue until the violation is resolved.  The DCR is very reasonable and aims to keep the community nice for all residents and keep property values high.

Brook Hollow property owners about to change the outside appearance of their home and/or yard, need to first complete and submit an ARC Change Request Form and await it approval by the ARC.

The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) must approve changes to the appearance of a property prior to the implementation of the change.  Making the change without first obtaining ARC approval may result in the change having to be undone and the property being returned to its pre-change status – at the cost of the property owner.  The ARC Change Request form is simple to complete and includes submission instructions.  Thank you.  BHCA ARC – Architectural Review Committee.
