Property Management Services

Effective June 1, 2022, Brook Hollow Community Association, Inc. (BHCA) services of enforcement of the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions (DCR) of the homeowners association (HOA) and collection of HOA annual assessment payments, will be provided by A & M Management Partners Company, LLC.  

Banking services of the HOA, including online payment options, are in the process of conversion from Pacific Western to Truist.  Effective August 13, 2022, the option of making online payments via Pacific Western is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  Online payment services will resume (via Truist) upon annual assessment billing for 2023, at which time further instructions will be provided.

Mailing a payment is currently the only option.  Please send payment to the HOA post office box in Malabar at:

A & M Management Partners Company (A&M) has replaced Fairway Management of Brevard County (FM) which had been BHCA’s property management company since January 1, 2016.  The change occured due to a reduction of accounts south of Viera, FL.
