Property Management Services

Effective June 1, 2022, Brook Hollow Community Association, Inc. (BHCA) services of enforcement of the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions (DCR) of the homeowners association (HOA) and collection of HOA annual assessment payments, will be provided by A & M Management Partners Company, LLC.  

Banking services of the HOA, including online payment options, have been converted from Pacific Western to Truist.  Effective August 13, 2022, the option of making online payments via Pacific Western is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  Online payment services resumed (via Truist) at the annual assessment billing for 2023, at which time further instructions were provided.

Effective Jun3 1, 2022, A & M Management Partners Company (A&M)  replaced Fairway Management of Brevard County (FM) which had been BHCA’s property management company since January 1, 2016.  The change occurred due to FM’s decision to no longer supply services to client HOAs south of Viera, FL.
