BHCA Meetings
Over many years, Brook Hollow Community Association (BHCA) has worked hard to greatly streamline the operations of its Board of Directors (BOD). With property management functions, including deed restriction enforcement and HOA bookkeeping, now handled by A & M Management Partners (A&M), the HOA runs with only three meetings per year. Those meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of May, November, and December, with each meeting starting at 7:00 P.M.
For sustainability of a strong BOD through optimization of available resources, the BHCA BOD utilizes email and this website to handle operational maintenance issues and updates of HOA actions / events. At the Members Only side of this website, financial statements are published monthly and other member-only appropriate information is available 24/7.
