INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOGGING INTO ZOOM INTERNET-BASED VIRTUAL MEETING of BHCA – if so announced

This approach was successfully used in the past for the Dec 7, 2023 AMM = Annual Business Meeting & ABM = Annual Budget Meeting during COVID-19 Special Meeting Coordination

On Dec 7, 2021, ABM online attendees registration started at 6:30 PM.  The ABM (& BOD Meeting) started at 7:00 PM.

Residents who wish to attend this meeting must do so using Zoom Internet-based virtual meeting utility via computer or mobile device.  Residents can also listen in on the audio portion of this meeting by telephone dial-in.

Join via computer or mobile device using Zoom app or go to www.zoom.us. Click “Join a meeting”. Follow prompts. Meeting ID: TBA Password: TBA.  When prompted to enter your Name, please enter your property address-last name (i.e. 1234 Hollow Brook Lane – Smith).

OR: If you do not want to view the meeting presentation by computer or mobile device, you may use a telephone to dial-in at TBA# and listen.  You may dial *6 to be unmuted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING YOUR ZOOM ID NAME

(If you did not do this during login)

1.Please go to your computer or mobile device Zoom tool bar

2.Click “Participants”.  This will list all the participants on the Zoom utility call

3.Click on your own name, you will see “more”

4.Click “more” and you will see “rename”

Click “rename” and type in your property address and last name (i.e. 1234 Hollow Brook Lane –Smith)
